The protein meal plan is generally good, and I have been ordering from Family Chef for the past few months. However, the meals can be somewhat bland, and breakfast options are infrequent in the monthly plan—perhaps only twice a month. For someone like myself, who wakes up around 5 a.m. wanting something other than a main course, I find the breakfast selection lacking. The chef could introduce many new recipes to brighten the menu, but they choose not to, stating that the current meals are sufficient. Nonetheless, I sometimes mix up the meals or create my own. It can become quite repetitive month after month, and although initially all the meals felt like opening a new Kinder Egg, one soon becomes accustomed to their taste even before opening the sealed container. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and I have recommended them to others as well. Eating clean is important to me, and I have noticed a significant improvement in my eating habits.

A lot of carbs, mainly chicken is served, it doesn’t look like a balanced diet. Not what I expected looking at your promo. The “peas kokkinisto” was unbelievable! Only peas with a bit of carrot is not a balanced meal!

I’ve been following this balanced diet program for one week, and the difference has been incredible. It has given me real peace of mind with food preparation, knowing every meal is healthy and well-balanced. Honestly, this is the healthiest I’ve eaten in my life. I feel more energised throughout the day, and as a bonus, I’ve lost 2 kg in one week while still eating healthy and feeling satisfied. Great for weight control. Highly recommended!

Great food

I have been ordering for a year now. Helps me lose weight everytime. However I would recommend improvements such as picking your own meals and packaging. There are some foods I personally dislike in general like pasta and lasagna so I would like to have the option to only pick ny favorite foods. I tried the competition for a month their foods were more greasy and unhealthy BUT I knew whatever I got was within my favorite foods. Also please consider switching to paper packaging as plastic is harmful ( I would suggest understanding the persona of who is ordering your food consistently therefore a health conscious person would most likely care about the environment consequences of the food packaging as well)
