I am from Russia though live in Cyprus 20 years, and for my taste the meals are perfect, very international at the same time with Cyprus cuisine lead, whick I like a lot. If you are strict (I am not unfortunately), they help to loose weight fast. They help even for me!

I’m really happy with Family Chef! The food is delicious, the delivery is great, and everything is so convenient. We originally use their service for the jigh protein meals but this time we tried for my mom, who had to follow a specific diet for a while, and they made the whole process so easy and helped to stay in the range of calories.
I also want to give a special mention to Asim who delivers our goods, who is always pleassant to talk to, helpful, and thoughtful always calls to inform about our the deliveries . Also one day, we completely forgot about our delivery and were away from home, but he went out of his way to leave the meals in a box with ice outside our house to keep everything fresh until we got back. That kind of care and thoughtfulness really makes a difference and says a lot about the service!

I’m really happy with Family Chef! The food is delicious, the delivery is great, and everything is so convenient. What I appreciate most is that they were able to accommodate my special dietary needs without any issues, which isn’t always easy to find.
Having my meals ready and delivered to my door has taken away so much of the stress and hassle of planning and preparing food every week. It honestly makes life so much easier, and it’s definitely worth it!

I’m very happy with the meal plan. The meals are tasty, filling, and high in protein, which makes it much easier to stay on track with my diet. Having two meals per day is also very convenient and saves me a lot of time. The portions are good. Highly recommended!

Everything is excellent—tasty, nutritious, and filling. It suits me perfectly, given the heavy daily workload at my job.
The food really surprised me! Everything is fresh, delicious, and there’s an amazing variety. In just one week, I’ve eaten so many different vegetables, legumes, and other foods that I rarely used to include in my diet, without repeating a single meal. The meats are also really tasty, and with deliveries three times a week, everything always feels fresh. I’ve had some not so great experiences with similar services before, but this one has been excellent. I’m really happy with it and definitely plan to continue!

Excellent quality, promptness and professionalism
Some of the dishes are awesome, I genuenly enjoy eating it, some - i couldn't eat at all (eg black eyed beans with tuna or shrimps (i don't eat shrimps/prawns). I struggled a little with low amount of meat and mostly vegeterian meals, but overall it's nice to have something ready to eat in my fridge.
